Built on the gym floor
Fuel Up Energy started the way the best gym businesses do: on the gym floor. The founders were regulars at their local gym who lived the culture, the community and the supplements, so when the shop unit inside the gym went vacant in 2025, they took a big risk and made it theirs. The first store opened in April 2025. By June, they had opened a second.
Today Fuel Up runs the shake bar inside Simply Gym Bilston and an online store that ships across the UK and overseas: protein shakes, meal prep, pre-workout, creatine, electrolytes and energy drinks, alongside their own products developed after months of sampling and testing.
Everything they stock has to pass one filter first, the Fuel Up Guarantee: if the founders would not take it themselves, it does not go on the shelf. That is exactly the standard we want next to Pocket Fit, which is why they are our first official partner.
